My agent Ashley and the owner Diane came to my home after they looked at it told me that I would get multiple offers and that I might even be into a bidding war they sold my house in 3 days there was a bidding war and I had multiple offers it was the best most pleasant experience I've ever had from staging the home they were very professional through the whole process and I recommend them highly above anyone else. After my husband passed in July everything went so quickly and was able to get even more money than they had listed it for these people are the best!
I needed to sell my home very quickly my husband had passed away and I needed to get back home to Texas where my family is. The owner Diane and Ashley came to my home to evaluate and there was two things they told me after looking at my home that it would probably sell quick and that I could be getting into a bidding war I was astonished after they put it up for sale it sold so quickly with multiple offers and there was a bidding war and I am so grateful they came in and staged my home made it look beautiful and it went so quick I am already back in Texas with my family. Ashley was the most professional real estate agent I've ever met gave me suggestions help me through the entire process and made it very easy for me. There is not enough good things that I can say about this sale other than they took a load and stress off of me and made it happen and I thank them with all my heart.

2023. Selling our house was very emotional for my wife. We have lived there since we were married. Raised our children there. It was our dream home we designed and built together. Not surprisingly, it was always a challenge to get her involved in getting the house ready to sell. Ashley was patient and understanding with us. I was able to work with Ashley easily even though my wife made it challenging for her to work with us. In addition to her patience, Ashley was certainly knowledgeable in her field. I certainly was appreciative of her help and assistance.
We weren't your typical client.. we had already negotiated with the owner on a home that wasn't for sale on the open market, but we needed help with closing.
