✅  2026.02.02:  In the Agent Script area of the weekly office email, depending on what the script says, add a Link to an area of our website that touches THAT script. For this week's it said, "What have you been doing?"... a LINK to our Local Events-Things to Do could be included.   2/2/2026  Thanks for the great suggestion. This note has been added to the top of the weekly email draft so that will hopefully get remembered weekly.

✅ 2026.01.27:  You were discussing the Jonathan McKinnies "all about you" form and wanting to add to Dakno.  I suggest getting a quote from them to see if it's worth the cost. The new Budget Committee should approve. 1/27/2026  Yes! Great idea. Thanks! 2/11/26  This has also been added to a list for future possible DAKNO improvements to our site.

✅ 2026.01.27:  When we record SOC audio, the computer doing the recording should be at the middle of the table to hear others on both ends. Folks tend to speak over one another so it's difficult to understand what's being said.  Might be hard to navigate, but it would help for listeners.  1/27/2026  Thanks for the great suggestion. This has been added to SOC notes so we can see it again when we next do this.

✅  2026.01.27:  Can the REVIEWS not be generic so we can post them wherever we want to? OR to send them to our website and then we have control over it, right?1/27/2026  Unfortunately no. We can copy/paste from ANY other site to our site, but we need clients / friends to post on the various sites, if we want representation or reviews on the various sites. Otherwise it looks as though we post our own everywhere.

🐌 2026.01.16:  Suggestions from SOC Listening Session:  ✅ 1/26/2026  Thanks for these GREAT suggestions. These have been prioritized for what CAN be done and what should happen first. Please keep the suggestions coming, especially if you have further ideas for implementing any of these from SOC. Thanks, again!

🐌 Additional Revenue Stream ideas:  1) Christian Real Estate "How to" Business Class ... a course for how we put faith first. 2) Christian Real Estate Licensing Course ... is this different than above?  3) Create a “preparing for your first time home” training course  4) Property management … adding as a revenue source   5) Lunch and Learn for property managers … or for apartment managers … how can we assist your renters … we want to be able to refer ppl to you. How can we take your complex to the next level.  6) Find apartment complexes who would allow us to have First Time Homebuyer class in their clubroom. (This one, we're not sure will work, as it seems a conflict of interest for the apartment complex managers.) ✅ 2/11/2026  Thanks for patience on these. Several have been noted for future. None are high priority for Q1 2026.

🐌 Can we do competitions and giveaways? “Win this if you tag, post, etc.” to increase algorithms and followings?  ✅ 2/11/2026  What could we give away? We'll ask for more details at next SOC.

✅ Survey teammates for vendors to add to Preferred Biz page.  2/11/2026  Survey was sent. Thanks for your responses. Mychelle has begun making the additions and is down through about "E" on vendor names. Each one must be found on line with web addresses and images to download, etc. Thanks immensely for suggestions, and for patience in this time consuming process. 

🐌 Regarding referrals and Reviews:   1) AGENTS: Check in with clients a couple of days post closing, “How’s it going? Do you need anything else from me? I do work off referrals, would you be willing to take the time to write a review?”   2) Could we rotate where reviews go … every month?  (Push the reviews to various places - changed by the month?)   ✅  2/11/2026  Dakno automations have been changed that the auto request for review goes TEN DAYS after closing, rather than one day.  Meanwhile, rotating the places that reviews get posted is in question. It seems Google and Facebook give us the most traction. Mychelle can help each agent personally set up links for review requests on your own various places, but even doing that is questionable, when we are telling clients NOT to look at those site when house hunting. We're telling them to search with us, to avoid AI, etc., so requesting reviews in such places seems contradictory to other things we are saying. 

🐌 Can the "agent reels" videos from Facebook be posted as photos on our Google search page?   ✅  2/11/2026  Yes, Mychelle has this on her to do list, along with images from the Awards Banquet. 

✅ Do we want a “search” place on our site to search the site for what’s ON our site?   2/11/2026  Yes, we do love this idea and it's been placed on a list for future website improvements with DAKNO.

🐌 These video ideas were suggested.  1) What's on our website. 2) HOW TO videos with preferred highlighted vendors. 3) Videos with our vendors about trades and things youngsters may want to do for careers. 4) Make a fun video of what our TC does for us. 5) Create a “Moving to Michiana/South Bend/Granger, etc.” YouTube video. Add to our Google page, too.  ✅ 2/11/2026  Thanks for your patience. Mychelle has GOBS of content she's trying to space out right now. We'll start working on more videos in the near future. 

✅  Kyra’s friend who works for Court Furniture … maybe be a future SOC speaker.  2/2/2026  Amy Spriggs has been scheduled for 2/13 SOC.

✅  In weekly update email to team on Mondays … put a link to our site  1/26/2026 Thanks for the suggestion. We do this weekly already. Please keep watching.

✅  Create and live on a budget - for financial solvency.  1/26/2026  Finance Committee has been meeting for 3-4 months and is diligently working on this.

🐌 2026.01: Could we get a professional cleaner to come in this year to scrub the office floors?  ✅ 1/12/26: We have a plan to have this completed by January 31.   1/27/26 Due to the weather, this has been pushed to be completed by February 28.

✅ 2025.11: Can the "add a testimonial" fill out form portion be moved to the top on the testimonial page?  11/5/2025: Yes, great suggestion! Completed.
